Said we would have to get back in line and try again. They would not text or email us when our rooms were ready. Instead of giving us the next available double rooms we were again told to check back in a half hour. We had reservations for two double rooms. So we tried an hour later waited 20 minutes in line only to be told rooms were not ready.
